Here’s to all of the unpredictable moments in life. I’m not talking about the ones like going on a trip to a new place or skydiving. I’m talking about the scary ones. The series of bad grades in a class and wondering if you’ll pass. The unknown reason why you keep having health problems. The bills that seem to continue to pile up while you scramble to find a job.  Those moments where while you might be at a crossroads in your life, you feel like you’re at a dead end instead. You feel like you’re losing hope that you’ll actually be happy and shit won’t continue to happen. 

Well, that’s one way to look at it. 

Still, as hard as it may seem, there is always another option. When in doubt, choose ‘B’? Choosing ‘B’ means accepting that this “problem” whether it’s realizing that you have a medical condition, you failed a class, or that you can’t find a job has happened. Realization is the first step to moving forward. Choosing ‘B’ means thinking about where to go from here. It might mean having faith through all of the medical trials, re-taking the class, or carrying on your job search even when it seems like you’ll never get hired. Choosing ‘B’ means being realizing all of the blessing you’ve had in your life so far and being thankful for how lucky you truly are. 

Personally, I’ve found myself at yet another crossroads. In the long run, I know I’ll be okay regardless of what happens. Because like one of my favorite people, Steve Jobs, says, all of dots connect somewhere down the road!
